Lisa has led the Associated Master Painters and Decorators since 2024. With two decades of experience, Lisa maintains a commitment to AMPD’s mission to create member opportunities that support high growth, high standards, and harmonious relations. She serves as Chair of the Pennsylvania State Apprenticeship and Training Council, the first woman to hold the position. She serves on the IUPAT DC 21 Health & Welfare Fund, as well as the Commercial Paint Craft Committee. Lisa also runs the Architectural Glass & Metal Association.
Mike has worked in the painting and building trades for almost 50 years, starting out as a member of IUPAT DC 21 Local 703. He trained as a union apprentice and took night classes in construction management. He began working with Schnoll Painting in 1980 and was soon given the opportunity to run two high-rise building projects, eventually becoming general superintendent. After years of hard work, Mike became a partner at Schnoll in 1997, and in 2022, he purchased the company outright. He is active on several industry committees and DC 21 funds including the DC 21 Health & Welfare Fund, a trustee for the Finishing Trades Institute of the Mid-Atlantic Region, co-chair of the DC 21 Labor Management Fund, and a member of the DC 21 Commercial Paint Craft Committee.
John is the founder of the John Adams Law Firm LLC. Prior to starting Adams Law, John served in several positions representing businesses, employer associations, and construction contractors in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in labor law, employment law, construction law, corporate/business law, and litigation before federal and state courts, as well as various federal and state agencies such as OSHA, MSHA, DOT, EEOC, PHRC, NJDCR, and DOL. John is a member of the bars of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the state bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and numerous federal district courts. In addition to practicing law for the past 25+ years, John is retired from the US Army Reserves after serving the US Army in many capacities and for many years.
